Data Deletion

Protecting your personal data is important to us. You have the right to request deletion of your data stored with us at any time (Art. 17 GDPR). This page explains how you can delete your data.
What data do we collect?
When you create an account with Sonore Studios, we store the following data:
- Name and email address
- Login data and session information
- Chat history and attachments
- Booking and purchase history
- Customer profile information
How to delete your data
Deleting your data requires logging into your account. Follow these steps:
Log in to your Sonore Studios account.
Navigate to your Dashboard and open Settings.
Scroll to the "Danger Zone" section at the bottom of the page.
Optional: Export your data as JSON or PDF (right to data portability, Art. 20 GDPR).
Click "Delete Account" and confirm the deletion.
What happens to your data?
The following data will be permanently deleted:
- Your user account and customer profile
- Your chat history and attachments
- Your sessions and login data
- Your Stripe customer profile
The following data will be anonymized (not deleted):
- Booking data (legal retention requirement, 10 years)
- Purchase receipts and license records
This data is anonymized so that no personal identification is possible. Retention is required under German tax and commercial law.
How long does deletion take?
After confirming your deletion request, your data will be deleted immediately. You will receive a confirmation email. Typically, the deletion is completed within a few minutes.
Can't access your account?
If you can no longer log in to your account, please contact us directly:

Please provide the email address you used to register. We will verify your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days (Art. 12(3) GDPR).
Legal basis
Your right to deletion is based on Art. 17 GDPR. Exceptions to the right of deletion exist in particular for legal retention obligations (Art. 17(3)(b) GDPR).
